Kleen Test Products is seeking a Project Engineer in Strasburg, OH to drive improvements in manufacturing processes and equipment while supporting new product launches and trials. You will collaborate with plant leadership, maintenance, production, and customers to deliver solutions and elevate operational performance.

The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in manufacturing engineering, strong data analysis, and solid project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, process or equipment engineering (wet wipes/packaging a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment systems.
• Proven data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across all levels; CAD and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product applications.
• Lead equipment and process improvements to reduce scrap and boost throughput.
• Support new product launches, line startups, and production trials.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements.
• Assist with equipment specs, vendor selection, and contractor coordination.
• Provide technical support for customer interactions and trials.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Train teams on new equipment and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Provide leadership coverage as needed.
