You will determine project needs, develop drawings, coordinate with owners, facility managers and engineers, and ensure design intent and milestones are met through on-site support and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

Reads and understands blueprints and construction plans.
Understands HVAC systems, controls, and basic principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Regular and supervisory probation period may be required, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet facility requirements.
Develop relationships with customers to facilitate design and success.
Survey and appraise building systems for project opportunities.
Prepare design solutions, proposals, and presentations.
Manage submittal reviews to maintain scope and schedule.
Provide on-site engineering support to meet design intent and milestones.
Coordinate engineering tasks and maintain project documentation.
