Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field required.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to understand drawings, purchase orders, contracts and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating RFIs and tracking approvals.
• Monitor shop drawing log and coordination.
• Support PSQP development and execution.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Assist in project scheduling and milestone meetings.
• Participate in bid list management and procurement support.
