Job summary

You’ll help manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and procurement, while coordinating with field teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely project turnover. You’ll prepare budgets, procurement plans, and reports, develop procurement plans, and assist with change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years’ experience or 6 years construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, contracts, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Generates and analyzes monthly billing and earned value.
• Develops and manages the project schedule for small to mid-sized projects.
• Reviews job cost summaries and advises the Project Manager.
• Coordinates procurement plans, purchase orders, and supplier quotes.
• Manages as-built records and project turnover documentation.
