Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 1–4 years of related work experience.
• Knowledgeable of Construction processes.
• Procore experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team in all aspects to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion with quality.
• Plan and coordinate project in conjunction with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Superintendent.
• Support project through research, interpretation of codes, conflicts, and errors.
• Initiate and maintain project schedules and lifecycle planning.
• Assist with project build, change notices, and vendor materials.
• Manage material expediting, delivery, and storage.
• Coordinate and resolve engineering and construction problems; attend meetings; draft minutes.
• Implement cost controls and reconcile billings.
