Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, set-up, administration, management, and close-out of construction projects.
• Prepare project cost estimates and support scheduling and cost control.
• Assist Project Managers with subcontractor/vendor purchasing and bid analysis.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; support safety, QA/QC efforts.
• Support project close-out activities including punch lists and record-set drawings.
