• Review plans and specifications to identify conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Manage document controls (submittals, closeouts, RFIs, transmittals).
• Track materials procurement and assist with takeoffs to support scheduling.
• Assist with contracting, buyouts, and quality assurance/quality control.
• Participate in site safety initiatives and coordinate with subcontractors for compliance.
• Utilize MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to streamline documentation.
• Seek process improvements to maintain high standards of quality.
