Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Operations Department in Reno, NV. The Project Engineer is a vital link between the Architect, Owner, Subcontractor and the office, assisting the project team through the construction process.

You will support the Project Manager, manage submittals, maintain document logs in Procore, and help keep the project on schedule and within budget while working on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Timberline, MS Word/Excel, and P-6 scheduling is desired.
• Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a team member.
• Ability to work with project team to meet deadlines on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager and field personnel to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Maintains an up-to-date Contract Drawing Log in Procore and manages on-site files.
• Supports distribution of submittals from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Archives project documents for future reference and compliance.
• Coordinates with the project team through close-out documentation and warranty materials.
