  • Track design revisions, RFIs, submittal responses, and scope changes affecting cost, schedule, or sequencing; work with engineers on drawings, equipment schedules, submittals, programs, and graphics.
  • Review plans and specs to support takeoffs (including points counts), scope reviews, and cost evaluations; support procurement of controls hardware including requisitions, vendor coordination, and post‑award pricing.
  • Assist PMs with subcontractor/vendor buy‑out, solicitations, job walks, and proposal reviews with Estimating; review proposals and contract documents for completeness and constructability.
  • Lead preconstruction‑to‑construction transition (setup, scope clarification, mobilization readiness); support constructability reviews, integration approach, logistics, risk identification, and schedule updates.
  • Support subcontracting and change management—contract/change order negotiation, cost estimates and proposals, and timely billing.
  • Coordinate check‑out, start‑up, commissioning (including third‑party support), and closeout (punch lists, O&M manuals, As‑Builts, service turnover).
  • Own safety requirements on assigned projects; mentor junior team members, complete assigned training, and support a performance‑based, accountable culture; submit accurate weekly timecards by 9 am Monday.
Qualifications
  • Equivalent experience of 5+ years in addition to vocational school, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer technology, or similar field with 2+ years of experience preferred.
