Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Project Controls / Field Operations Analyst to support job cost tracking, scheduling, safety compliance, and on-site activities. You will assist with setup, estimates, quantity tracking, and procurement alignment with GC/Owner.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, strong problem-solving, and entrepreneurial initiative.

  • 2-5 years of experience

  • Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style

  • Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding

Summery Description: This position serves as support for operations on the jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities range from participation in initial project set up and buyout, cost spread/estimate familiarity, job quantity tracking, on-site daily activity involvement, concrete material tracking, equipment and manpower productivity tracking, invoice approval, extra work ticket tracking, participation in job cost reporting, project safety compliance, quality control compliance, production analysis/tracking Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
