Weatherford is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Completion Team in Houston, TX. You will design and develop downhole oil and gas completion tools from concept through finished product using 3D CREO CAD modeling.
You will perform design analysis including advanced stress analysis and FEA, support hands-on prototype assembly and testing in a lab, and ensure compliance with API 11D1, API 19AC and other industry standards.

As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for the design and development of downhole oil and gas completion tools from concept through finished product using 3D CREO CAD modeling. Perform design analysis, including complex stress analysis and FEA. Support hands‑on prototype assembly and testing in a lab environment in accordance with API 11D1, API 19AC, and other applicable industry standards.
