Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist a Project Manager on large drywall construction projects in the Savannah area.

The role involves reading blueprints, coordinating on site, reviewing contracts, managing labor and materials, and developing submittals to keep projects on budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in basic computer tools

Responsibilities

• Assist a Project Manager on large jobs.
• Read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Review contracts and keep the project on target.
• Manage labor and materials.
• Order and track materials.
• Develop submittal packages per contract specifications.
• Create accurate takeoffs and establish budgets.
• Monitor and maintain project schedule to meet deadlines.
• Support field needs to maximize production.
