Qualifications

• Qualifying degrees include Civil Engineering and related fields.
• Qualifying experience: one year of full-time engineering experience related to highways/bridges/traffic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform project management duties across all area projects, monitor progress, identify problems early, and maintain key project records.
• Coordinate program activities with regional bridge crews and develop/maintain bridge management plans.
• Provide professional engineering support to Regional Crews; fill in for the Regional Bridge Maintenance Engineer as needed.
• Purchase bridge maintenance materials and assist with personnel transactions.
• Engage in regional/state emergency response within the Incident Command System as required.
