Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Analysis and Safety Studies.
• Review Capital Program ensuring traffic principles are met.
• Supervise Engineers and Technicians in the preparation of Traffic Operation Studies.
• Coordinate & represent the Department with local government, utilities and outside agencies.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of MUTCD and Highway Capacity software and Synchro.
