Henkel Corporation, and its Fyfe division, are looking for a Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Construction Management graduate who is seeking a challenge supporting engineers and contractors as a Project Engineer.

Fyfe is a leading manufacturer and designer of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems for strengthening concrete, masonry, steel, and wooden structures, as well as buried pipelines. Founded in 1988 to strengthen deficient bridge columns in California for seismic events using aerospace materials, Fyfe is now recognized globally as a pioneer in the FRP structural strengthening industry with over 40 patents. In 2023, Fyfe was acquired by Henkel Corporation and continues to serve the engineering and infrastructure community.

Fyfe manufactures and designs specialized carbon and glass fabrics combined with polymers for strengthening and rehabilitation projects. The focus is on seismic, structural adaptive reuse, and retrofit applications on schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and bridges. Your Role:

The Project Engineer will assist in developing and executing projects. Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to structural engineering customers who specify Fyfe materials.
• Supporting contractor-certified applicator customers who install Fyfe materials.
• Assisting Business Development Managers (BDM) in building relationships with the structural engineering community, becoming a trusted technical resource and business partner, and identifying new business opportunities through follow-ups and meetings.
• Supporting BDM in generating and qualifying leads, and aiding opportunity development.
• Managing opportunities, contacts, and accounts in the CRM system as requested by the BDM team.
