Job summary

Technologist Inc. seeks an experienced General Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) to support our work at Cheyenne Mountain SFS. The role requires coordinating with government personnel, preparing cost estimates, and drafting acquisition packages for approval.

The engineer will manage up to 30 project requirements monthly, provide construction oversight, and ensure compliance with SOW and applicable codes. A Bachelor’s degree and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• At least five (5) years’ experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and some familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and draft statements of work and acquisition documents for government approval.
• Manage up to 30 project requirements per month across all positions and oversee active projects.
• Coordinate with governmental personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide construction oversight to ensure compliance with SOW, drawings, and codes.
