Job summary
Technologist Inc. is seeking an experienced General Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) to support our work at Cheyenne Mountain SFS. The role involves defining project requirements, drafting acquisition packages, and coordinating with federal and military personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and the Statement of Work.
Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years’ experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager.
- Ability to define project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and draft statements of work for government approval.
Responsibilities
- Define project requirements and prepare cost estimates and statements of work for government approval.
- Manage up to 30 project requirements per month across all positions.
- Coordinate with federal, state, local and Air/Space Force personnel to define requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize engineering principles and analytical techniques to support complex assignments.
- Provide construction oversight to ensure compliance with the SOW and design drawings.
