Responsibilities

• Develop and review project plans and proposals with management to determine objectives.
• Identify project priorities by defining phases and sequencing stages.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including materials, labor, and costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and support teams to align objectives.
• Identify and manage technical risks for the project.
• Monitor progress to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Report progress to ICP and DOE management via reports and presentations.
• Oversee troubleshooting to address needs and issues impacting success.
• Organize and archive project documentation with detailed notes.
• Develop project documentation (schedules, costs, compliance strategies).
• Work includes routine field activities at the DOE Idaho Site and stakeholder interactions.
