O'Brien Construction seeks a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support PMs, Superintendents, and estimators on a came project and future Iowa work. You will help manage schedules, budgets, and submittals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Manage document control, including submittals, RFIs, and minutes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
• Assist with estimating extra work and expediting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Participate in job rotation program across construction disciplines.
