Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer with strong experience in bridge design to join our growing infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in structural engineering, a passion for delivering high-quality transportation solutions, and a desire to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the design of highway and railway bridge projects from concept through final design.

Prepare structural calculations, design reports, plans, and specifications in compliance with state DOT, and local agency standards.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers.

Oversee junior staff and review work to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project goals.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and respond to construction-phase questions or issues.

Interface with clients and participate in project meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

4+ years of relevant bridge design experience.

PE license or EIT preferred

Proficiency with structural analysis software

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
