As a Project Engineer at a leading food company, you will drive capital projects at the Indianapolis Bakery, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery within set criteria. As the Project Engineer, you will provide project leadership and direction toward the successful execution of capital projects at the Indianapolis Bakery. Depending on size, location, and type of projects, this position will lead a single or multiple projects simultaneously. You will lead project teams to deliver capital investment projects that align with business strategies, follow structured guidelines, company policies, and deliver the highest value asset allocation possible. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite at the Indianapolis Bakery plant.

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
