Job summary

gpac LLC. invites applications for a Mechanical/HVAC subcontractor Project Engineer/Assistant PM. The role involves reading plans, performing on-screen takeoffs, and creating budgets and proposals.

You will help manage projects through production to ensure completion within budget and schedule site visits with the Production Team. Your duties include extracting plan details, handling customer inquiries by phone and email, and supporting other office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read plans and perform onscreen takeoffs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with the Production Team and customers.
• Experience with budgeting and proposal creation for projects.
