Job summary

McGough is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our project management team. You will assist in project management tasks as assigned by the project management staff and develop skills while progressively taking on more responsibility.

The role covers pursuits, preconstruction, BIM coordination meetings, RFIs, scheduling support, cost tracking, and collaboration with field teams across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Construction Management or related degree required or preferred.
• Internship, education or field experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Develop skills and progressively take on more responsibility.
• Assist project team in reviewing subcontracts, bids and change requests.
• Support CPM scheduling and Last Planner system.
• Review drawings and specifications; process RFIs and shop drawings.
