Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Engineer to support field operations on a major US infrastructure project in Georgia. You will develop lookahead schedules, monitor production and cost, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure compliance with structural and environmental requirements.

You will work with site teams to drive safety, quality, and timely delivery while leveraging tools like Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and HCSS. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of field experience in infrastructure, roadway, or bridges.
• Ability to travel to site and read and interpret drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of GDOT, AASHTO and FHWA standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules across activities (structures, drainage, utilities, paving).
• Monitor daily production and cost tracking aligned with WBS.
• Coordinate field operations ensuring materials, equipment and permits are in place.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support GDOT, AASHTO, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with field teams in progress, safety, and coordination meetings.
• Track performance using Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam and other tools.
• Support estimating, quantity takeoffs, and planning.
• Contribute to quality control and project closeout activities.

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to support field operations and coordination, driving efficient execution through planning, documentation, and close collaboration with site teams to ensure progress, quality, and safety.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS
