Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software packages, Autodesk Inventor preferred.
• BS in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Support facility operations by designing, improving, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Evaluate and enhance equipment and facility systems to optimize operational performance.
• Select and install new machinery while collaborating with suppliers and contractors throughout the process.
• Test and commission equipment to verify proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage maintenance capital equipment initiatives and resolve related issues.
• Plan and oversee projects from inception to completion, including budget development and timeline management.
• Develop detailed project scopes and cost estimates to support planning and decision-making.
• Supervise contractor work and enforce safety practices on-site.
• Design and maintain plant floor layouts utilizing Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD).
