Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or mining engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading capital and field construction projects is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost control capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate budgets for capital and field construction projects.
• Manage capital and field construction projects to meet milestones and budgets.
• Oversee contractor performance to safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Design and manage new plant installations and process improvement projects.
• Support critical plant maintenance projects and reliability initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all management levels, corporate, and contractors.
• Manage multiple projects across the district simultaneously.
• Read blueprints and oversee steel fabrication, concrete installation, and surveying.
