Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage capital projects in chemical, petrochemical, or refining plants. You will provide technical leadership on projects and support the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction, with minimal supervision.

Job Scope: Responsible for technical leadership of a project as well as for supporting the Project Manager in managing project performance of the engineering team with respect to cost, schedule and Client satisfaction. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.
Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
This position requires 5+ years of relevant experience managing capital projects at a chemical, petrochemical, or petroleum refining plant.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
