Job summary

Alstom in West Mifflin, PA seeks a senior engineering leader to drive the design and development of traction solutions for rail mobility. You will own scalable projects, mentor teams, and ensure reliability and safety through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.
• Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory.
