Overview
The Regional Office is located in Hanover, MD with the initial assignment in Washington, DC. The rate of pay is $55-$80k per year. The Bell Company is a large mechanical contractor handling complex projects in the East Coast market. PAY RANGE: $55k – 80k/year for Project Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing mechanical and plumbing construction projects on complex industrial, institutional, and healthcare sites.
- Support project controls activities such as submittals, change orders, purchase orders, material takeoffs, and releases as needed.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery, budgeting adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, field teams, and vendors to execute projects from inception through commissioning.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; other engineering curricula or Construction Management may be considered.
- Experience in construction and a demonstrated interest in a career in construction; entry-level candidates with required education will be considered.
- Past work history in project controls is preferred; inclusive of submittals, change orders, purchase orders, material takeoffs, and releases.

Certifications
- OSHA 30-hour certification required prior to start date (online course provided at no cost).
