This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and have 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, collaborating with crews, and quality control.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction (roadway, bridge, grading, or dirt work) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Review and uphold quality control standards.
• Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and survey data needed before arrival.
• Track daily and weekly production through timecard and quantity reviews.
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure progress milestones are met.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and field measurements.
• Coordinate with inspectors and owner representatives.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support team efforts and company goals.
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• Complete all assigned documentation and tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction (roadway, bridge, grading, or dirt work) preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driver’s license required.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.
• Occasional travel to project sites required.
• Shifts may vary (days, nights, weekends).
