Blattner Energy seeks a leader to direct daily site operations, supervise field teams, and manage documentation, costs, and schedules. This role requires travel with rotations and close collaboration with the project team to meet IRA requirements.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Directs daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of the Site Manager Leader in cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, job book, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction

Supervises the Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants, ensuring Blattner processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated

Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Effective communication (oral, written, presentation), motivation, and supervisory skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio); ability to access job cost information from Power BI
• Involved with and understands two (2) or more trade disciplines (grading, electrical, structures, or installation)
