Job summary

Quicktron Robotics is seeking energetic engineers to drive project execution for mobile robotic solutions across the Americas. You will engage in site layout and engineering design, site setup, commissioning of mobile robots, and customer operation training, with remote and production support as required.

The role requires travel across the Americas and the ability to communicate effectively in English, contributing to successful project delivery and strong customer relations in demanding

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master level in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics or Computing.
  • Willingness to travel across Americas.
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project work per project plan under project manager guidance, including site layout/design, site setup, commissioning of mobile robot and system, customer operation training, remote support and production support.
  • Lead project controlling topics – schedule, cost and quality.
  • Lead, manage and coordinate site contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain close communication with customer and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Review project deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide operational and technical training to customers on site.
  • Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals with a background in the following engineering discipline: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics or Computing. Candidate must attain at least an Advanced Diploma, Degree or Master.

Candidate is expected to be flexible for travel across Americas, able to work under demanding circumstances and able to communicate in English.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute required project work and tasks execution according to project plan under the guidance of the project manager, including but not limited to, site layout and engineering design, site setup, commissioning of mobile robot and system, customer operation training, remote support and production support.
  • Play an active role in various project controlling topic – schedule, cost and quality
  • Lead, manage and coordinate site contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain close communication with customer, establish good customer cooperation relationships, and ensure good customer satisfaction.
  • Review project deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Provide operational and technical training to customers on site.
  • Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
