Ragle Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for the West Texas Division in Amarillo, TX. This full-time role offers a competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits.

You will work on heavy civil construction projects, coordinating field teams, reviewing plans, and ensuring safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and field measurements.

• Demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and field measurements.
• Coordinate with inspectors and owner representatives.

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support team efforts and company goals.
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• Complete all assigned documentation and tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2–4 years of experience in heavy civil construction (roadway, bridge, grading, or dirt work) preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.
• Occasional travel to project sites required.
• Shifts may vary (days, nights, weekends).
