Crossland Heavy Contractors Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an entry-level construction graduate to begin a Project Manager track. This salaried role runs 1–3 years of hands-on training with structured mentorship and exposure to field operations.

You will support planning, document control, scheduling, and cost reporting while adhering to safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position for construction graduates seeking project management training.
• Drug screening, physical and background check required.
• Knowledge of safety policies and construction documents is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and policies on site.
• Organize contracts, documents, and distribute using company standards.
• Assist in planning and scheduling using company tools.
• Organize submittals and ensure quality control.
• Attend and document on- and offsite meetings.
• Coordinate with estimators and PMs on cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects and Engineers as directed by the PM.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with internal cost control and accounting reports.

About the Role

Crossland is seeking college construction graduates for this entry-level salaried position required prior to becoming aProject Manager. This position is generally held for 1-3 years while being trained. Promotion is determined by commitment, ambition, knowledge and attitude of the individual.Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.

• Know and understand safety policies


• Contract document organization, distribution and controls using company standards and software


• Assisting in Planning and scheduling using company standards and software


• Submittal organization, distribution and coordination to ensure quality control


• Attend and document meetings on and offsite


• Review and understand company estimating standards and software as well as coordinate with estimators and PM’s


• Coordination with Owner, Architect and Engineers as directed by the PM.
