Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Project Engineer plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Utilize CAD or Solidworks software to create and modify engineering designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with goals.
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and concerns.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience with integrated systems, valves, instrumentation, controls, or design for fluid flow
• Understanding of Military Specifications or experience working on Government projects
• Strong knowledge of CAD or SolidWorks software and engineering design capability (preferably hydraulic system design)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in budgeting and scheduling for engineering projects.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management practices.
