Job summary

Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of heavy civil construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects safe, organized, on schedule, and within budget.

The position involves coordinating submittals, RFIs, permits, tracking costs, and supporting change orders. Office-based with occasional site visits, the role requires a strong command of MS Office, Primavera

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Project Engineer experience (or 6+ years of relevant construction experience).
  • Heavy civil construction experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 and AutoCAD experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and contract administration
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, permits, and project closeout documents
  • Track quantities, invoices, project costs, and production progress
  • Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards

Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
