Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking an Estimator to support the bidding process for heavy civil construction projects across the DMV region, including utilities, infrastructure, concrete, paving, and related work. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, plan review, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers using HCSS HeavyBid and related software.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of estimating or related construction experience.
• Experience with utilities, infrastructure, storm drainage, concrete, asphalt, or heavy civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
