Job summary

Renewyx, Silicon Valley, CA, is hiring a Project Engineer with a direct path to Superintendent. You will interpret plans, coordinate subs, manage safety, and produce quality checklists while reporting to the Superintendent on daily production.

The role spans commercial work across corporate, healthcare, technology, and life sciences with a self-perform, union workforce.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years as a Field Engineer in commercial construction, working with PM or Superintendent.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (on-campus).
• Proficiency in Viewpoint or similar and Primavera or similar scheduling tool.
• Drive and leadership to grow into a Superintendent role.

Responsibilities

The role sits between project and field: interpreting plans, coordinating subs, running safety, producing quality checklists, and reporting daily production to the Superintendent.
