Job summary

CV Bridge in San Clemente, CA is seeking a construction project coordinator to support the ground-up custom home near Newport Coast. You will work directly with the Project Manager and Superintendent on an $8M build, with responsibilities from submittals to field coordination.

We offer a base salary of $70K–$80K depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and medical coverage along with flexible PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Familiarity with plans, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Procore, ProjectSight, or Bluebeam experience.
• Serious interest in building a long-term construction career.

Join a sophisticated 7-person San Clemente GC delivering tens of millions in annual construction volume. You’ll immediately support the ground-up construction of a custom home in Newport Coast while working directly with the Project Manager and Superintendent.
