Power Design is seeking a motivated Project Engineer for its 18-month Power Track Career Accelerator in Palmetto, FL. In this entry-level program, you will rotate across operations, design, estimating, and supply chain, building broad exposure.

You will learn from experienced teammates, develop skills in construction, project delivery, and company processes, and establish relationships with leaders and peers while pursuing a defined career path.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related bachelor's degree.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help.
• Ability to relocate for a 3-month field rotation as needed.
• Ability to commute to our manufacturing and distribution center in Palmetto, FL as needed.
• Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth

PROJECT ENGINEER

About the Position
