PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to manage on-site construction activities in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on ensuring proper handling, storage, and installation of materials, and coordinating with district inspectors and architects.

The position requires DSA project experience and TK-12 school facility experience, with full-time dedication during the construction phase. On-site work in Riverside is expected.

Formación

• Experience in construction project engineering.
• DSA project experience required.
• Experience with TK-12 school facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Construction observation — verify materials and equipment are handled, stored, and installed properly.
• Review non-conforming work and recommend corrective action with the district's inspector.
• Constructability reviews using Bluebeam and BIM clash detection (REVIT or similar).
• Manage submittal procedures: shop drawings, RFIs, samples, product data, change orders.
• Coordinate DSA Form 152 (Project Inspection Cards) and DSA Form 103 (Special Inspections).
• Coordinate with architect, engineers of record, and District's inspector.
• Full-time dedication during Construction Phase.
