W-Industries of Texas, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of engineering and construction projects by coordinating technical activities, preparing documentation, and ensuring deliverables align with project requirements.

This role collaborates with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams on-site in Texas to achieve successful outcomes, including planning, design reviews, and procurement support while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in industrial, energy, or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline required.
• EIT or PE certification preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Review and interpret technical documents, P&IDs, and project specifications.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in managing engineering budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical correspondence.
• Support risk management and change control processes.

Required Experience & Education

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
