Job summary

Parts Life, Inc. in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a Project Engineer to evaluate mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems and lead design and development.

The role involves creating manufacturable data, technical writing, and collaborating with a cross‑functional team to advance projects onsite. The position requires a Bachelor’s in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program and experience with 3D CAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree required.
• Experience with at least one standard 3D CAD program and full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Design 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for products.
• Assist bidding and prototype development (3D printing).

Position Reports to: Engineering Team Lead Salary Range: 65,000-70,000 Depending on experience Please note all interviews will be conducted in-person at our Moorestown, NJ location. Job Description: The Project Engineer evaluates mechanical, electrical, and/or electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs and applying engineering principles for the development of manufacturable data and technical writing. Responsibilities (includes, but are not limited to):

• Research, design, and development of products 3D CAD models and 2D Drawings
• Assist in bidding and prototype development (i.e. 3D Printing)
• Carry out testing to evaluate the performance of new and existing products
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. (i.e. SARs)
• Compile technical data through research and data analytics
• Process documentation

Educations and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline from an ABET accredited academic program is required
• Experience with at least one standard program of 3D CAD design and experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per hour
