Risk & Loss Prevention Engineer – Industrial Property (Remote + Field Travel)

Remote-based with regular regional travel (~15–25%)

We’re hiring a Risk & Loss Prevention Engineer to assess client facilities, identify hazards, and recommend engineering-based solutions to reduce risk from fire, structural failure, equipment breakdown, and natural disasters.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct hands-on evaluations of client sites, including interior walkthroughs, rooftop inspections, and external systems
• Assess fire protection systems, construction materials, hazardous storage, emergency response protocols, and structural integrity
• Deliver clear, actionable risk mitigation recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to implement improvements aligned with engineering standards
• Manage your schedule from a home office, with 3–5 nights/month of regional travel

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all disciplines considered)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Valid driver's license and physical ability to navigate industrial sites (ladders, confined spaces, rooftops)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
