This entry-level position offers growth into a Project Manager role, with a path that includes learning scheduling software, understanding project documents, and developing safety practices alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Handle client communication, production and cost tracking.
• Solicit and qualify subcontractor bids and projects scopes, write subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and proposals for approval.
• Develop and manage the punch lists with Project Team and coordinate with Superintendent.

The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with multiple project duties:

• Submittals, RFI's, drawings, project documentation, client communication, production and cost tracking.
• Soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and projects scopes, writing subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and proposals for approval.
• Develop and manage the punch lists with Project Team.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure the jobsite needs are being met.

The Project Engineer role is an entry-level position with the intent of growing into a Project Manager with Stevens!

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering, or related degree.
