Cafe Valley, Inc. in Marion, IN is seeking a Project Engineer to manage capital and improvement projects in our bakery manufacturing operations.

You will lead projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery while collaborating with operations, maintenance, quality, and external vendors. You will drive production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality, ensuring all projects meet food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
