Job summary

EverOn seeks a Project Engineer to support Project Engineers and Managers on T5CS projects. You will coordinate meetings, manage documents, and liaise with internal and external partners to keep projects on track.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in a related field, and a proactive, safety-minded approach. On-site involvement may require travel to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a field-related role or equivalent education preferred.
• Construction and data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.
• Perform administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and estimates.
• Assist with pre-installation meetings.
• Assist in planning and implementation of projects.
• Support on-site management of data center projects.
• Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Assist Project Manager and team with reporting.
• Research information to support other teams and departments.
• Interface with EverOn operations team.
• Help ensure a safe work environment on project sites.
• Complete other duties as assigned by EverOn management.

The Project Engineer is responsible for performing support tasks to assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in overseeing and managing T5CS projects. This includes processing documents and certifications, managing schedules, liaising with internal and external parties, and providing technical support to staff as necessary.

• Help coordinate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms.

• Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.

• Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects.

• Support on site management of data center projects.

• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.

• Assist Project Manager and project team with reporting.

• Research information to support other teams and departments as needed.

• Interface with EverOn operations team.

• Assist with ensuring a safe work environment on project sites.

• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by EverOn management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
• 0-2 years of experience in a field-related role or equivalent education, preferred
• Construction industry experience, preferred
• Data Center experience, preferred
