Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of construction experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction methods, trades, scopes of work, and project productivity.
• Ability to work effectively with field and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day construction and field operations
• Assist with project schedules, estimates, work plans, and daily logs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, superintendents, tradespeople, and project teams
• Participate in safety, QA/QC, inspections, and punch-list activities
• Track project progress, materials, equipment, manpower, and procurement
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, change management, and cost control
• Support project closeout, including as-built drawings and O&M documentation
• Utilize construction technology and project management systems
• Participate in Lean construction practices and continuous improvement
