Job summary

Petroplan in Houston, TX is seeking a Construction Project Engineer/Manager-level professional to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial projects across data centers, semiconductor and energy facilities.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors; manage docs like RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, schedules, and progress reporting to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates through professionals with up to 10 years of experience in construction project engineering or management.
• Preference for candidates with experience supporting the construction of data centers, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical plants, oil & gas facilities, or other complex industrial projects.
• Experience with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, schedules, and progress reporting.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, schedules, and progress reporting.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Open to recent college graduates through professionals with up to 10 years of experience in construction project engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with experience supporting the construction of data centers, semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical plants, oil & gas facilities, or other complex industrial projects.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills; experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is a plus.
