Job summary

Yokogawa, a global leader in industrial automation, is seeking a field service engineer to support warranty and service activities. Based around Hilton Head Island, SC, you will coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain equipment, perform site inspections, monitor systems, and ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for warranty defects closure.
• Perform site visits to inspect systems, assess issues, and monitor progress.
• Check, track, and report the status of warranty items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve warranty and service issues efficiently.
• Carry out SCADA monitoring, verification, and basic diagnostics, including confirmation of alarms, signals, trends, and communication status.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, warranty documentation, root cause analysis, and client communications.
• Support Lead Engineers in execution of Projects - Engineering, Procurement, Site Coordination and Site Testing.
